Michael S. Elliott, SRA, AI-RRS, ASA is a State General Certified Appraiser in Kansas and Missouri and has been active in the appraisal industry since 1996. Michael has a Bachelor's degree from Wichita State University. In addition to residential and commercial appraisal, Michael has experience with a wide range of property types and consulting assignments including valuations for eminent domain, divorce, estate and other matters. While Michael is general state certified for all property types (including commercial) he has also been awarded both the prestigious SRA and AI-RRS designations from the Appraisal Institute as well as the ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser) designation from the American Society of Appraisers.
